About the role

Train and support members in the production of organic rice in accordance with export standards.
Strengthen capacity, monitor work, and track work results of internal controllers in each agricultural cooperative.
Collect, verify, and input data from internal controllers.
Take responsibility for and manage the internal control system.
Liaise with international certification bodies and facilitate when the certification assessor visits.
Assist in the purchase and sale of organic rice or other agricultural products.
Provide other technical guidance to agricultural cooperatives and farmers to assess and improve product quality.
Perform other duties (details will be provided in the job description).

Requirements

General and technical skills.
Experience in agricultural product quality inspection or internal control system management, or agricultural product quality certification.
Experience in rice production and other agricultural products.
Skills/experience in facilitating farmer organizations.
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, internet, Email).
Ability to speak and write English.
Good English level.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Rural Development is preferred.
