Key Responsibilities:

• Collect important documents from clients (Invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, etc).
• Verify invoices, packing lists, permits, and related documents for accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and submit customs and transportation documents for import/export.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, transport partners, and relevant authorities to resolve issues.
• Track cargo status and ensure timely customs clearance to support transportation.
• Maintain organized documents and update internal reports on customs and transportation.
• Support administrative tasks related to trade, distribution, and transportation operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in customs clearance, import/export coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Good understanding of trade documents, transportation procedures, and basic customs conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email.
