About the role

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data in the system.
Monitor stock movements, including receiving, transfers, and deliveries.
Perform regular stock reconciliation and assist with physical inventory counts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify and report stock discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, stock control, or data management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Strong analytical, numerical, and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Honest, responsible, and able to under pressure.
Good communication skills and the ability to effectively in a team.
