About the role

Contact with external projects. 2. Collaborate with interior designers. 3. Corporate with Architects. 4. Collaborate with luxury Condos, apartments, and Residential. 5. Corporate with international hospitals/hotels. 6. Corporate with other SMEs (Small, Medium enterprises). 7. Corporate with Ministries or government markets. 8. Corporate with Local owners to sell our luxury items. 9. Corporate Boreys & other residential. 10. Corporate contractors. 11. Corporate Project Managers. 12. Corporate with entities for event proposals. 13. Support Brand Managers. 14. Corporate with Other Tenants. 15. Corporate with other leasing companies (CBRE, Knife Frank, IPS). 16. Meeting with external customers. 17. Showroom Product Demo. 18. Customer appointments. 19. Site Visits. 20. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in corporate sales, development, or B2B account management. 3. Strong network and experience in dealing with developers, architects, designers, or project stakeholders. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects, client visits, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Strong coordination skills and a professional approach to client service. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage. 9. Fluency in English; Khmer skills are an advantage. 10. Willing to travel for meetings, showroom demos, and site visits as required.
