About the role

Welcome and serve customers and guests who arrive at the branch.
Monitor the order and cleanliness of the branch, both inside and outside, to be clean and good.
Introduce and promote the institution's products to customers to know.
Maintain customer satisfaction levels well.
Receive complaints and resolve customer issues.
Arrange customer appointment schedules, if necessary.
Other tasks may be added based on the situation and direct management's arrangements.

Requirements

Possess an associate's degree or be a third-year student in Banking and Finance, General Management, or a similar business degree.
Good communication, friendly, honest, and highly responsible.
Willing to work in provinces or rural areas.
