Be aware of e-filing requirements for import shipments from France, Italy, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. Mainly responsible for coordinating the daily operation and co-operation between the operation team and the customs clearance team, customer service (including booking, customs declaration, box making, expenses, inspection, compensation, etc.).
Check the expenses with suppliers and cooperate with finance department to check the payment content.
Support daily operation activities and help ensure the operation process is followed consistently.
System input management.
Relay tasks assigned by management to the operation team and report back progress and feedback.
Participate in weekly operation team meetings and contribute to analysis.
Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Operation Department and help maintain its service and document processes.
Provide day-to-day guidance and on-the-job training support to operation team members as needed, with follow-up on task completion.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree.
Operation experience in shipping or international freight forwarding and other fields for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Good knowledge about Air & Ocean import process.
Prior experience supporting a freight forwarding operation team is a plus.
Familiar with Air & Ocean import export process operation, customs clearance, inspection process, import export trade knowledge of documents, freight forwarding, customs declaration, inspection, port operation, container transportation.
Familiar with the operation process of refrigerated and other special containers is preferred.
Able to operate related office software skilfully.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Careful, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit.
