About the role

Processes daily financial transactions including payments, vouchers, invoices, and costing entries.
Posts financial accurately in a timely manner into the Excel QuickBooks system.
Ensures income and expense documents are properly prepared and comply with tax requirements.
Maintains financial records and balances to support the release of monthly financial statements.
Assists with the preparation and submission of tax documents and financial statements to relevant authorities including ACAR, GDT, MoC, MoL.
Supports compliance relating to VAT, Withholding Tax, and Profit Tax filings.
Ensures proper documentation and filing of all tax-related records in accordance with Cambodian tax law.
Assists coordination with external agencies to support tax incentive and exemption applications directed by the Finance Manager.
Coordinates closely with warehouse accountants on payment processing and inventory control.
Assists in updating quotations and offerings to clients as required.
Supports annual carbon footprint collection and submission for Fuchs Gruppe.
Manages relevant correspondence and assists with contract document reviews.
Performs other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance or management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is required.
At least experience for 3 years is required.
Fluent English in speaking and writing.
Excellent Report writing and presentation skill.
Strong computer skill and proficiency with MS Word/ Excel and Internet.
Good working attitude, be able to do multi-tasks.
Able to deal with information in a confidential manner and responsibility.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
