About the role

Development
Identify and approach potential customers including es, retail shops, agents, and individual partners.
Introduce products and provide suitable payment solutions based on customer needs.
Negotiate and close partnership/ agreements. + Customer Relationship Management
Support customers during service implementation and onboarding process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle initial customer issues and coordinate with related departments for resolution. + Sales Performance Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor customer revenue and transaction volumes.
Propose sales promotion programs to increase performance. + Market Research
Keep updated on fintech trends, digital payment industry, and competitor activities.
Collect customer feedback to improve products and services. + Reporting
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Update customer data in CRM or internal systems.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in sales is preferred, especially in banking, finance, fintech, FMCG, or telecommunications industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and able to under sales pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
English or Khmer skills are an advantage (for Cambodia market).
