Support the Finance and Operations Manager in meeting the program’s finance and accounting obligations.
Process day-to-day payments and verify supporting documentation in line with policies and procedures.
Prepare payroll, payslips, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reconciliation reports.
Maintain accurate financial records, accounts filing systems, and QuickBooks entries.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, fund replenishment, and preparation of financial reports.
Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and social insurance officers on relevant matters.
Support VAT refund processes and salary and withholding tax declarations.
Contribute to financial compliance, training, continuous improvement, and other duties as required.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field.
ACCA/CPA or other relevant professional certifications an advantage.
At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance and administration operations and reporting.
Preferably in an International Development Context.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Good understanding of financial operations, including payments, accounting, reporting, and approvals.
Knowledge of Cambodian VAT, labour, social insurance, and al income tax legislation is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills in English, and a collaborative, adaptable approach.
