• Liaise and collect technical documents from suppliers.
• Prepare and review procedural documents for various certifications/permits.
• Able to conduct field work in provinces and visit relevant ministries or institutions.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.
• Coordinate work with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and relevant institutions.
• Track document application processes, important dates, and document status.
• Organize document filing system for orderliness and ease of retrieval.
• Prepare reports on the status of documents and expiring certificates.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company documents and important information.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Expected Candidate Type:

Language: English

• Good level

Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or equivalent. Work Experience: Priority for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, technical, or related work with fertilizers/pesticides.

Skills and Knowledge:

General and Technical Skills Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications. Able to use English well (speaking and writing). Knowledge of crops and agricultural products. Experience in preparing documents for permits and related certificates from government institutions. Soft Skills Patient, meticulous, and able to manage many documents simultaneously. Possess communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Honest, ethical, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality. Able to work in a team and have high responsibility.
