Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality of the branch.
Solicit both potentially existing and new clients in accordance with the guidelines stated in the small loan policies and procedures to ensure secured loans.
On-board new small loans to ensure delivery of disbursement targets.
Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options available, as well as terms of services for further cross-selling.
Collect all required client documents for loan applications to ensure eligibility for approval.
Conduct credit investigations to analyze applicants' financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Gather valid financial records including credit histories and corporate financial statements.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment and regularly for existing customers to monitor collateral and financial situations.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and process registration of title deeds at local authorities.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

High Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of experience in banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in granting loans.
Basic knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Bank's software.
Good sales and customer service skills.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
