The Regulatory Compliance Manager will play a strategic role in ensuring the company’s compliance with telecom regulations, laws, and industry standards.
This individual will be responsible for guiding the organization through regulatory requirements during pre-product launches, assessing compliance in sales processes (both internal and through third-party partners), and identifying any gaps in compliance.
They will also oversee correspondence with regulatory bodies professionally and ethically to ensure the company’s best interests and to ensure that potential risks are mitigated.
By actively supporting the business in adhering to regulatory frameworks, this position will safeguard the company’s operations, reduce exposure to regulatory risks, and foster a positive relationship with key stakeholders.
The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be a trusted advisor to senior management and the organization while maintaining a proactive approach to managing regulatory matters.
This role demands a deep understanding of telecom regulations, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage complex relationships with regulators.
