Driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee performance, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs
Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, improving organizational structure, and ensuring fair and equitable reward systems
Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and competency frameworks
Ensure policies are aligned with company strategy and legal requirements
Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, HRBP) to deliver integrated HR solutions

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree: Human Resources
Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to OD and Compensation & Benefits
Proven experience in organizational design, performance management, and compensation structuring
Fluent in Enlish and Thai is priority
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
