Debt Resolution Officer

• Collaborate with branch managers, deputy branch managers, and financial service sales supervisors to prepare branch-level debt write-off recovery plans.
• Work together to effectively drive the resolution of overdue debts of 180 days or more and recover written-off debts for the branch.
• Ensure all relevant branch staff receive timely write-off debt reports and overdue customer lists.
• Monitor debt collection results from branch staff to provide solutions and report obstacles to the branch manager.
• Participate in preparing legal documents related to debt resolution.
• Prepare overdue and written-off debt resolution reports, including reviewing branch write-off proposals.
• Monitor the legal process of debt resolution for the branch and work closely with branch management to resolve delinquent and written-off debts.
