About the role

Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth business activities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the counseling, admissions, marketing, and administrative teams, while actively participating in student recruitment, sales activities, and conversion of prospective students into enrolments.
Drive student recruitment activities and achieve office sales and performance targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and business partners.
Monitor office performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage office budgets, expenditures, and administrative operations.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, school visits, and partner meetings.
Support staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
Participate in business development projects and office expansion initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience in a managerial, sales, or student recruitment role for 3 years as a minimum.
Good knowledge of the Cambodian education market and international study destinations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong leadership, sales, communication, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with a strong business mindset and ability to achieve recruitment goals.
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and business partners.
