• Focus on local commercial strategies to drive revenue/gross profit and market share growth in Cambodia for all key product lines (Sea, Air, Trucking, Brokerage).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local direct customers/shippers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Global Freight Forwarders that do not have an office in Cambodia and operate through local partners.
• Develop overseas agent business via WCA and other networks: build the pipelines, approach potential partners, and convert opportunities into new business.

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Business Development in freight forwarding companies in Cambodia.
• Possess a strong client portfolio/pipeline.
• Have extensive network interaction with customers and partners overseas.

•Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, or related field above. •Fluent in English and Khmer is a must. •Related certificates in logistics & supply chain is advantageous. •Chinese speaker is an advantage.
