Manage overseas purchasing tasks.
Source and communicate with overseas suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders and related documents.
Track shipments and goods schedules.
Compare prices, quality, and quote prices from suppliers.
Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments.
Maintain good communication with suppliers.
Prepare reports and update on purchasing status.

Possess a degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields.
Have at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Import-Export.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to use English well.
Knowledge of Chinese is a priority.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to use Microsoft Office.
Responsible and good problem-solving skills.
