Handle purchase requests, RFQs, price comparison, purchase orders and supplier follow-up for DQD Group and FMCG operations.
Source ingredients, raw materials, bottles, cans, labels, packaging, chemicals, equipment, spare parts and other brewery/distillery requirements.
Source and evaluate local and international suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ and delivery terms.
Coordinate overseas orders, shipping documents, delivery terms and with the relevant team on customs/import requirements.
Work closely with warehouse and operations to monitor stock levels, reorder points and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain updated supplier prices, compare quotations and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs without affecting quality.
Maintain complete PO, quotation, supplier, contract, delivery and purchasing records; prepare regular purchasing reports.
Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, FMCG Operations and management to ensure purchases are properly approved, received and processed.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

2–4 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
Experience purchasing for a brewery, distillery, beverage or FMCG is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of brewery/distillery materials, ingredients, packaging and production requirements.
Experience sourcing from both local and international suppliers.
Understanding of purchasing documents, PO processes, quotations, inventory and supplier management.
Import/shipping knowledge is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and cost-comparison skills.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Brewery, distillery or beverage manufacturing purchasing experience will be a major advantage.
Very organized and strong in documentation and follow-up.
We need someone who understands that purchasing is not only about placing orders.
The candidate must be able to find the right supplier, negotiate the right price, ensure the right quality and quantity, and make sure materials arrive on time for operations.
