• The Logistics and After-Sales Service Agent (DPSA) will support the AIR-C3 project team in the sales supply chain for electric stove sales.
• This includes ensuring the fulfillment of sales orders, installation, and maintenance of stoves to 100%.
• The DPSA will work with the project manager and sales team to track orders and efficiently deliver sold products to customers in the surrounding areas of Kandal and Kampong Speu provinces.
• Responsibilities include: Checking daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, delivery, and installation.
• Working with internal tracking programs or third-party logistics (external delivery companies) to improve warehouse operations and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Collaborating to track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and/or dead stock.
• Supporting the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinating with the finance team on collecting payment for goods after each order delivery.
• Reporting weekly on order fulfillment, inventory management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
