About the role

The Senior Marcom Manager is responsible for translating Artisans Angkor's brand strategy and creative vision into integrated marketing plans that strengthen the company's position as Cambodia's leading lifestyle luxury brand.
Reporting under the brand and creative direction of the Creative & Brand Director, the Senior Marcom Manager develops, implements, and evaluates marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthens customer engagement, drive retail performance, increases visitation to Artisans Angkor's cultural sites, and supports the organization's commercial objectives.
The role collaborates across Retail, Product Development, Tourism Experiences, Development, and Operations to ensure that all marketing activities consistently reflect Artisans Angkor's brand identity while delivering measurable results.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Strategy & Planning Translate the brand strategy established by the Creative & Brand Director into annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
Prepare annual marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and implementation plans.
Define marketing KPIs and evaluate campaign performance.
Present marketing plans and results to senior management.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across retail, tourism, digital, events, public relations, and partnerships.
Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Retail & Visitor Experience Marketing Develop marketing initiatives that increase retail traffic and sales.
Support marketing for Artisans Angkor's boutiques, airport retail, and visitor experiences.
Collaborate with Retail and Tourism teams to enhance the customer journey and visitor experience.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, email marketing, and CRM.
Improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and online conversion.
Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
