About the role

Handle customer inquiries regarding technical details, installation guidance, and product usage (via phone, WeChat, or remote assistance).
Promptly identify the root causes of reported technical issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for internal computers, nets, printers, and showroom multimedia equipment.
Compile common technical issues into operational manuals or FAQs to support the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field; or relevant experience in IT hardware/software maintenance and technical support.
Core Competencies: Proficiency in basic office software; strong learning agility with the ability to quickly master the company's products and underlying technical principles.
Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and a harding attitude; excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset; patient and attentive when dealing with customers.
Habits: Skilled at listening to customer needs; proactive in addressing complex technical issues rather than deflecting them; capable of collaborating effectively with the team to find solutions.
