About the role

The selected contractor shall conduct a site assessment and undertake the following works: Reconfiguration of CD Room and Champy Meeting Room, Repair of Romdul Meeting Room Glass Door, Conversion of Current Finance Room into Interim-CPR Room, Installation of Privacy Film for IT Room and Relaxation Room, Removal of Host Desk from Shared space, Conversion of Kid Room into Relaxation Room, Installation of Operable Glass Window Adjacent to the View Area.

Requirements

  • Interested contractors should meet the following minimum requirements: Proven experience in office renovation, interior decoration, and maintenance works.
  • Availability of qualified personnel and adequate supervision throughout the assignment.
  • Compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Ability to complete the assignment within the required timeframe.
  • Ability to work with minimal interruption to CARE Cambodia's daily operations.
  • Valid registration and relevant licenses (if applicable).
