About the role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of VFC facility.
Involves managing staff, ensuring the safety and maintenance of equipment, and developing strategies to increase membership and retention.
Additionally, the GYM Manager handles customer service issues, coordinates fitness programs, and maintains the financial health of the gym.
Plan and implement fitness program, classes and events.
Monitor membership sales and retention.
Maintain financial records and budget.
Drive membership sales and achieve monthly target.
Develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experiences Involves managing staff, ensuring the safety and maintenance of equipment, and developing strategies to increase membership and retention.
Advanced fitness knowledge Good health, physically fit.
Excellent al grooming & al presentation.
Good sales and communication skills required.
People oriented and result driven require.
Interacts principally with colleagues and clients.
