The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day marketing activities for assigned brands.
This role will closely with the Marketing Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing plans, campaigns, content, digital activities, influencer programs, and brand activations are executed effectively and on time.
Manage day-to-day marketing activities for 1–2 assigned brands.
Execute approved monthly marketing plans and brand activities.
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the brand direction, guidelines, and objectives.
Monitor ongoing activities and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Coordinate with Content and Designer Teams to develop marketing materials and social media content.
Prepare content briefs, timelines, and required information for execution teams.
Follow up on content production and ensure deliverables meet campaign requirements.
Maintain proper records of influencer activities and performance.
Support the planning and execution of events, sampling activities, promotions, and brand activations.
Coordinate with Sales, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and coordinate marketing materials and brand assets.
Support on-site marketing activities when required.
Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and segmentation.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Other tasks assigned by marketing supervisor.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Digital Marketing or Marketing Communication in FMCGS industry for 1 year as a minimum.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
Experience with Influencer.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Experience in ing in the Milk industry is preferable.
Strong understanding of and industry.
Highly flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
