ABOUT THE ROLE:

Warehouse Director responsible to lead and optimize all receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. This critical role ensures the efficient provision of materials, equipment, and supplies, aligning with company policies and vision to support large-scale construction and development initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Strategically manage and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Oversee regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Monitor and enhance the quality, cost, and efficiency of material flow.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
• Generate comprehensive reports and statistics on warehouse performance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven supervisory, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English and Khmer
