Our client is a leading international consumer goods and construction materials company, providing solutions to Cambodia's homeowners and industrial players.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Trade Marketing Manager will oversee the execution of retail and trade initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, shop standards, and successful program implementation to support sales and marketing goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute the company Studio setup and maintain shop standards in line with regional brand guidelines
• Lead the implementation of key retail programs such as the Master Painter and Retail Expert Programs
• Roll out annual updates of retail elements across all shops to enhance brand visibility and customer experience
• Develop and manage trade campaigns (sell-in/sell-out) that align with sales targets and market trends
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate shop performance and program effectiveness
• Allocate and distribute marketing materials to Jotun dealers and ensure proper usage
• Build strong relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure smooth program execution
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Customer Service Departments to align goals and execution plans
• Collaborate with the regional team for trade and retail program alignment and implementation

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, retail management, or trade marketing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Strong initiative, planning, and execution skills
• Effective communicator with persuasive presentation abilities
• An analytical mindset with a structured and systematic approach to problem-solving
