ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A leading property investment and management group in Asia, specializing in premium commercial and residential real estate. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
A Technician (Morning Shift) responsible to ensure seamless mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations for a high-end office and retail property in Phnom Penh. This role is critical for maintaining building functionality, safety compliance, and supporting contractor coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Fix minor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) issues in offices and retail areas.
• Support fire safety protocols, including equipment checks and emergency response coordination.
• Monitor and assist contractors (M&E, landscaping, building works) to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct stock audits of engineering materials and tools for inventory accuracy.
• Uphold operational safety standards by adhering to health & safety guidelines.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Technical Supervisor to support property operations.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facility management, or M&E systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team leadership, experience guiding contractors or junior staff.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Proactive problem-solver committed to task completion.
• Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken) for clear communication with teams and contractors.
