Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of  housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Construction Site Manager responsible to oversee all on-site operations. This pivotal role ensures that building work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing schedules, supervising workers, and addressing critical issues such as health, safety, and logistics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage all site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Organize site facilities, logistics, and material requisitions to align with construction schedules.
• Enforce strict compliance with specifications, regulations, and all health, safety, and quality standards.
• Proactively resolve operational issues on site, escalating complex problems with solutions.
• Maintain the Master Schedule in collaboration with the Project Management Team.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CAD software.
• Excellent knowledge of building methods, construction techniques, and ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Proven leadership, team building, and motivational skills.
