ABOUT THE ROLE:

Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue growth by marketing residential and commercial properties and fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients to ensure their specific needs are met with high-quality property solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets through networking, cold calling, and managing marketing-led inquiries.
• Lead professional property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to match clients with properties that fit their financial capabilities.
• Manage the full negotiation process between buyers and developers, preparing all necessary legal agreements and sales contracts.
• Provide high-end customer service, addressing client concerns and offering professional advice to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact for after-sales services, including variation orders, ensuring client requests and complaints are resolved promptly by internal teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth transactions and even participate as talent for digital marketing content.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and mentor junior team members to improve overall team performance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Sales or Customer Service, specifically within the Real Estate or Property Development industry.
• Exceptional negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to solve complex client issues.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Email, and Internet-based research tools.
• Ability to stay updated on industry regulations and provide market insights to management.
