ABOUT THE ROLE:

Following the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact product, You will oversee end-to-end product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure value delivery for both the business and users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and using market research and data analysis.  
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics.  
• Manage product roadmap and sprint backlog, prioritizing features and tasks.  
• Manage product delivery scope and stakeholder expectations.  
• Ensure sprint completion targets are met and resolve product technical issues.  
• Guide the development process, ensuring product quality and usability.  
• Coordinate with vendors on product development activities (development, testing, training, and implementation support).  
• Manage change management processes and product budgets.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in agile product management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of information systems management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think independently and creatively.
• Deep understanding of business processes and value creation.
• Experience engaging executives and stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for bridging business and technical teams.
• Ability to navigate senior relationships and support decision-making throughout product lifecycles.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Khmer proficiency is a plus.
