Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Leasing Executive is responsible for market research, tenant sourcing, relationship management, and lease administration to support the successful occupancy and performance of commercial spaces.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Research retail trends, shopping mall developments, competitor offerings, and tenant mix strategies
• Identify and approach new tenants that align with the project’s concept and maintain a strong reserve list
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both current and prospective tenants
• Perform due diligence, including background and credit checks, to assess tenant eligibility
• Manage rental documentation, including lease agreements, rent collection, and deposits
• Communicate clearly with tenants regarding lease terms, updates, and any property-related changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tenant needs and leasing targets are met
• Stay informed of market movements and recommend leasing strategies accordingly

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, preferably in commercial properties
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Team player with a flexible, proactive, and hands-on attitude
• Able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities
