ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into analytics solutions, managing analytics projects, and creating visual dashboards and reports. You will simplify complex data to enable data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Identify analytics use cases and collaborate with the business to define BI product MVP, ensuring models and outputs meet business requirements and achieve defined business values.  
• Create graphical representations of complex statistical models or analyses using PowerBI.  
• Make large and complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable by combining data sets across multiple sources.  
• Act as a strategic data-driven business partner, supporting the definition of roadmaps and building organization-wide analytics capability.  

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, analytics, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.  
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.  
• 3+ years of working experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field.  
• Background in FMCG/large industry is preferred.  
• Proven experience in managing a team and/or vendor management.  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.  
• Ability to engage with key business leaders, instilling confidence and providing expertise in analytics, as well as engage with technical teams to translate needs and ensure solutions are delivered to customer expectations.  
• Ability to translate analysis and conclusions into actionable recommendations.  
• Analytical skills working with data and mining data to drive insights.  
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
