ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for motorcycle dealership? We're looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to inspire and guide our sales team to new heights. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing our sales representatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead Sales Performance: Directly contribute to the achievement and exceeding of sales targets by providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to our sales representatives.
• Drive Customer Engagement: Oversee all lead follow-up activities (both online and offline), cultivating strong, lasting relationships with customers and dealers through impactful promotions and outstanding post-sales support.
• Develop Top Talent: Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of your sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure ongoing professional development.
• Foster a Winning Culture: Inspire and motivate your team, conduct effective performance reviews, and cultivate a positive, high-performing sales environment where everyone can thrive.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven supervisory sales experience, ideally within the automotive, trading, or consumer goods sectors; strong track record in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales.
• Essential Skills: Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication (both Khmer and English), and problem-solving abilities.
