ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving sales team performance and ensuring strategic execution. This pivotal position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively balance team supervision with direct client engagement to achieve ambitious sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets.
  • Actively support the team in client meetings, deliver compelling solution presentations, and assist in closing complex deals to secure revenue.
  • Ensure team adherence to sales processes, CRM standards, and efficient lead allocation, maximizing productivity and client follow-up.
  • Continuously track daily sales activities and KPIs through CRM, generating reports to identify trends, flag underperformance, and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Provide targeted on-the-job coaching, improve product knowledge, and refine sales techniques to elevate overall team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure lead follow-up, solution readiness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with accurate forecasting and contribute to broader sales planning initiatives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of solution-based or consultative selling methods; SaaS or tech sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading by example.
  • Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English (spoken and written).
