ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute personalized financial planning strategies for clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals and secure their future
• Build and maintain a quality client portfolio through regular prospecting activities and networking
• Conduct professional consultations through multiple channels including face-to-face meetings and digital platforms
• Nurture client relationships through regular engagement and providing excellent after-sales service
• Identify business development opportunities within your network and through referrals
• Contribute to team success by achieving individual sales targets and participating in team initiatives

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Final year students are welcome to apply for internship positions)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and connect with people
• Results-driven mindset with demonstrated resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional presence with excellent presentation abilities
• Previous sales experience is advantageous, particularly in financial services or insurance sector
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
