ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading real estate company in Cambodia, specializing in the development of high-quality residential and commercial properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsible for managing sales documentation, engaging clients, and ensuring smooth sales processes. Ideal for results-driven individuals focused on customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Prepare and manage sales documents, including house plans, pricing tables, payment schedules, bank details, catalogs, reservation letters, and other related documents.
  
• Provide detailed explanations about the properties and their advantages.
  
• Ensure accurate tracking of the number of properties sold.
  
• Schedule and arrange meetings with clients either in the sales office or through virtual platforms.
  
• Follow up with clients regarding sales progress and provide updates on property availability.
  
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations for clients.
  

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to meet sales targets.
  
• Must have own transportation.
