ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a growing company in the trading and transportation sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role supports the sales team with admin tasks, client follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure smooth sales operations and great customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative duties, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales records, client databases, and internal reports
• Assist in managing client communications and follow-ups to support strong business relationships
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer service
• Support after-sales service and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Facilitate internal coordination for product availability, delivery schedules, and service requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client trust
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A team player who is also capable of working independently
