ABOUT THE JOB

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring smooth handovers, handling customer inquiries, and supervising teams responsible for security, cleaning, and gardening services. You will also manage property budgets and assist with reporting and operational improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaboration with Construction Team: Work with the construction team to ensure all rectifications are completed in private units before handover to asset management and owners.
    Handover Process Management: Oversee the entire handover process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and agreements are signed by customers.
    Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to utilities, maintenance, internet services, and other property concerns.
    Security Oversight: Supervise the security team to ensure they provide a professional and high-standard service to all residents.
    Cleaning Management: Manage the cleaning team to ensure that all public areas in the property are clean, neat, and hygienic.
    Gardening Supervision: Ensure the gardening team maintains the cleanliness and order of all gardens within the property.
    Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the progress of security, cleaning, and gardening services.
    Staff Management: Prepare and manage staff rosters for the teams under your supervision.
    Budget Management: Develop and oversee the property management budget and management fees.
    Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in property management is preferred.
    • Knowledge of property regulations, construction, and apartment management.
    • Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Khmer.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
