ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is the market-leading affiliate of the world's largest Commercial Real Estate Services firm, providing integrated solutions across real estate brokerage, property management, and valuation in Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Property Consultant, Residential Services is responsible for managing the full residential property sales and leasing cycle by providing expert client advice, aggressive prospecting, and skillful negotiation to meet all sales targets within the Cambodian market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist clients with the complete process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties, focusing on ensuring high satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively handle both inbound inquiries and engage in cold calling and prospecting to build and develop a robust client portfolio.
• Conduct continuous market research, trend analysis, and competitor reviews to inform advice and maintain the property database.
• Carry out property inspections with prospective clients and assist in complex negotiations between clients and developers/owners.
• Prepare accurate property listings for the website, handle customer service and complaint resolution, and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a Sales/Marketing position, ideally within the Cambodian real estate sector.
• Mandatory fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and an outgoing, positive attitude suitable for client-facing sales roles.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field (or a college education with a commitment to further professional training).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
