Our client is Cambodia's leading provider in the Healthcare sector, specializing in Medical Equipment Solutions and Technical Support. They are dedicated to working with the medical profession to elevate healthcare standards to an international level.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This pivotal Product Manager (Medical Equipment) role drives innovation and market success for medical devices within the Healthcare sector. You will be instrumental in guiding products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet the highest standards and serve the evolving demands of healthcare professionals and patients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for medical devices that align with overarching company goals and market demands.
• Lead thorough market research, including competitor assessments, analysis of customer feedback, and identification of key industry trends to pinpoint opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales teams to ensure efficient product development and successful market launches.
• Oversee products from initial concept, through requirements gathering and design validation, to post-launch performance monitoring.
• Proactively communicate with both internal teams and external healthcare professionals to gather vital insights and ensure product relevance and adoption.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to guarantee all medical devices adhere to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Provide essential training and support to sales teams, developing effective sales tools and compelling materials to enhance product understanding and drive market penetration.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• A Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Laboratory Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role or 3 years in a management position.
• Several years of dedicated experience in product development are essential, with a strong preference for background within the healthcare industry.
• An essential understanding of the healthcare landscape, encompassing clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and prevailing market trends.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills, coupled with the ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams and effectively manage complex projects.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration across all levels and functions.
