ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is Cambodia's leading provider in the Healthcare sector, specializing in Medical Equipment Solutions and Technical Support. They are dedicated to working with the medical profession to elevate healthcare standards to an international level.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Product & Application Specialist is responsible for promoting and supporting the sale and application training of Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, and Consumables to customers, engaging in the entire sales cycle from product presentation through after-sales service support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•  Promote products and share knowledge to drive sales and achieve company targets/KPIs.
• Provide application training to customers and internal sales teams on existing and new products.
• Explore the market, collect data, and suggest adjustments to the product portfolio based on trends.
• Principle Communication: Liaise with principles (suppliers) on product knowledge, market info, and product recall.
• Provide on-site support with engineers for installation and user training to ensure successful closing of sales orders.
• Support customers with application concerns and technical troubleshooting in cooperation with related parties.
• Visit customers to maintain relationships and increase brand awareness.
• Provide daily activity briefs and weekly plans to the Business Manager.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 2-3 years as an application specialist/lab technician handling laboratory equipment.
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory (or relevant science degree with 10+ years' lab business experience).
• Clear understanding of medical equipment and consumables.
• Good English skills (speaking, writing, listening); Chinese or Thai is a plus.
• Strong Customer focus, Collaboration, and self-driven (enthusiastic, initiative, ownership) with Conflict management ability.
