ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of
housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for ensuring the availability of supplies and
equipment by selecting the best vendors, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with
purchasing policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain records of ordered and received goods.
• Identify and evaluate vendors to determine product availability and sales terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Manage purchasing budgets and review purchase order claims and contracts.
• Analyze market trends and delivery systems to assess material availability.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and contract management procedures.
• Assist in defining specifications for equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Solid judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant procurement systems.
