ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations in Cambodia, ensuring the smooth running of our outlets, driving profitability, and aligning our operations with the broader regional business strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee Operations: Manage all day-to-day operations of all outlets, including facilities, products, and manpower.
- Market Analysis & Competitiveness: Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of our products and services.
- Business Development & Expansion: Assess market potential in Cambodia and explore opportunities for strategic expansion, conducting detailed business analysis to evaluate feasibility.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company's regional business strategy and drive key results metrics.
- Financial Performance Management: Monitor financial performance against budget, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively enhance and refine existing operational capabilities to improve quality, increase productivity, and boost profitability.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent within the operations team, ensuring smooth execution of retail operations.
- Team Development: Train and develop a high-performing operations team to meet the evolving needs of the business.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B operations management, with a preference for experience in Japanese F&B operations.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify gaps, and make informed decisions.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills to develop and mentor a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to relocate within Cambodia as the company expands.
- Fluency in English and Khmer to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Independent, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
