ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading real estate company in Cambodia, specializing in the development and sale of high-quality residential and commercial properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to promote our brand and properties and for managing a team of marketing professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve specific objectives based on data from market trends, competitors, and target customers.
• Manage the production of marketing materials, including website, social media, print, and video content.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Planned and executed marketing events, both online and offline.
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI of marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a supervisory position within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.  
• Fluency in Khmer and English languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
