ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing & contents, market research and analytics, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and manage the marketing department, overseeing the team and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and maximize business opportunities.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Represent Bill24 at industry events and trade shows to generate new business leads and build relationships.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in managing marketing teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
