ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to effectively promote properties and services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Market Research & Analysis: Study market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to guide marketing decisions.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
• Budget Management: Allocate marketing resources efficiently and ensure the marketing budget is used effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the results of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics based on data to improve outcomes.
• Online Presence Management: Strengthen the company’s digital footprint by managing websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• SEO & SEM Implementation: Execute strategies for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to boost online traffic and lead generation.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support the marketing team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
