ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within the marketing department, producing analytical business reports, and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in shaping business strategies through data analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and implement data models for commercial reporting and business monitoring
• Source and analyze relevant business data to achieve organizational objectives
• Create comprehensive data visualizations and reports using BI tools (PQ, BI, SQL, VBA)
• Generate actionable insights to drive business strategies and improve performance
• Present research findings and recommendations to management and leadership teams
• Monitor and measure ROI through data analytics
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing initiatives
• Propose and implement business process improvements
• Lead data-driven decision-making processes

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Programming, or Data Science
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in research and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in VBA, Power Query, Business Intelligence tools, and SQL
• Strong data modeling and visualization capabilities
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent management and analytical capabilities
• Proven track record in data-driven decision making
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
