ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role involves understanding Product Owner needs, converting them into technical architecture specifications, and inspiring the business with practical innovation solutions.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and the business to define the product vision, objectives, and technical architecture, ensuring alignment with global standards and roadmaps.  
• Prioritize product features and tasks based on customer and business value and impact.  
• Manage product delivery scope and stakeholder expectations, including change requests and progress updates.  
• Ensure sprint completion meets targets, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain product quality and usability throughout the development process.  
• Formulate solution architecture and design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing goals and constraints.  
• Verify implementation to ensure delivered systems meet agreed architecture and requirements.  
• Conduct experiments to validate product value and ensure timely delivery of solutions that achieve business objectives.  
• Coordinate with local and global vendors on end-to-end product development activities (development, testing, training, and implementation support). 
• Manage the change management process with business users to ensure desired outcomes.  
• Manage the budget for each product.  

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant business experience.  
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.  
• Good command of Khmer, spoken.  
• 3-5+ years in digital product management and/or software development with 1+ years in a management role.  
• Basic functional and technical knowledge in information systems management.  
• An entrepreneurial spirit with independent and creative thinking.  
• Ability to understand the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, as well as knowledge of architecture frameworks.  
• Demonstrable experience engaging executives and stakeholders to support business decisions.
