ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's technological advancements and ensuring efficient operations. You will oversee the IT team, manage technology infrastructure, software/application development, and ERP configuaration and implementation, identify and implement innovative solutions to support the company's growth. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Technology Assessment & Planning: Identify the company's technology needs and make recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the company's adherence to all relevant technology requirements and regulations, prioritizing security and data protection.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the IT team, including software development and infrastructure teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• IT Systems Development & Implementation: Oversee the development and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure that support the company's business objectives.
• Business Continuity: Develop and implement comprehensive business continuity plans to minimize disruption in case of emergencies or data loss.
• IT Infrastructure: Establish and maintain efficiency and efficacy standards for IT infrastructure, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, and identify upgrade requirements.
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Oversee the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information, implementing robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 10+ years of experiences in IT functions and leadership roles, prefer from real estate or any relevent corporate company.
• Working khnowledge and proven experience in IT infrastructure & system administration, Compliance & Security, System/Application Development, ERP configuration & implementation, and IT project management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT developments, technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and management skills.
