ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role supports HR development and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring staff are well-informed, trained, and aligned with company values and policies.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:

• Develop and implement strategies to position the company as an employer of choice
• Create engaging branding content that reflects company culture and values across digital and print platforms
• Coordinate with local media and manage career page updates, social media, and PR content
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, from surveys to well-being programs and team events
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment marketing, job postings, and branding alignment
• Organize internal events such as staff parties, team outings, and business update meetings
• Support internal communications through announcements and updates that foster connection and transparency
• Monitor feedback and work with leadership to implement improvements
• Contribute to initiatives that improve retention, loyalty, and satisfaction

• Proven experience in HR, employer branding, or employee engagement
• Strong creative, communication, and project coordination skills
• Ability to use data and feedback to guide improvements
• Familiarity with social media, content tools, and HR/recruitment platforms
• A proactive, people-focused mindset with attention to detail
